William Harvey Cureington, 72, of Philadelphia, Mississippi, passed away, Wednesday, December 4, 2019, at his home in Philadelphia, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, June 24, 1947 in Winnsboro, Louisiana.

Visitation will be held Monday, December 9, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Newton County Funeral Home-North. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM in the chapel. Burial will be in Mississippi Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Phillip Williams will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 635-3200

He was preceded in death his parents, Ray and Corletta Cureington and his daughter,Tessa Kay Cureington.

Survivors include his wife, Pat Cureington; his children, Tracy McGee (Milton) and Tayasha Copeland; his siblings, Regina David, Charles Cureington (Dixie), Jimmy Cureington (Myrtis), David Cureington (Sally), and Pearl Byrant; 14 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Martha Shaulis (Ron) and Rita Whitt; brother-in-law, Larry Radcliffe.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Forty, Aaron Ardin, Desmond Lewis, Anthony Shaulis, Milton McGee, and Lance Buford.
