Thomas Ardell Daniels' Obituary
Thomas Ardell Daniels, 76 of Chunky, MS, died Monday, January 20, 2014 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS . Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Providence Baptist Church in Chunky , with Bro. Jackie Strebeck & Bro. James McMillan officiating. Visitation will be from 5 PM - 8 PM, Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Newton County Funeral Home South. Burial will be in Providence Baptist Church Cemetery. Newton County Funeral Home of Newton, MS is in charge of arrangements. 601-635-3200
Mr. Daniels enjoyed the outdoors where he loved hunting, fishing, & gardening. He also loved music.
He is survived by 5 Sisters: Christine McNeil, Mavis Butts , Ilene Duke, Margaret Mayes,all of Chunky, MS & Iva Scheunemann, Umatilla, FL; Daughter: Kathy Alexander & husband Ronald, Chunky, MS;
Granddaughter: T J Alexander, Fresno CA; & Numerous Nieces & nephews .
He was preceded in death by his wife: Julia Ann Rigdon Daniels; Parents : William R Daniels & Delcie Alexander Daniels; 2 Brothers: William Hubert Daniels & Winfred Dueward Daniels; & 3 Sisters: Louise Ward, Mary Grace Daniels, & Ruby Daniels.
Pallbearers: Charles Alexander , Bobby Daniels , Curtis Mayes, Rusty Alexander, Richie Hillhouse ,
Wayne Carey, & Jerry Cooley .
