Teresa Ann Gressett Massey of Chunky, Mississippi, 62 passed away April 13, 2022.  She was born on March 14, 1960 in Newton, Mississippi.

Teresa graduated from Hickory High School, where she enjoyed playing softball, as well as writing poems.  She also loved Nascar and was crazy about Alabama Football.  Teresa will be missed and was loved by many.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father George Washington Gressett Jr. and grandson Chaz Harrell.

She is survived by her loving Mother, Ima Pugh Barrett; Husband, Jimmy Massey; brothers, Michael Gressett of Magnolia, Texas, and Kevin Gressett of Ridgeland, Mississippi; daughters Jessica Redmond and Paige Tepfer.

Teresa also leaves behind her grandchildren Tyler Barrett, Brittany Mallon,  Katilyn Holmes, McKenzie Redmond, Noah Simmons, Dixie Simmons, Kyle Gibson, Jacob Gibson and Victoria Tepfer.  She also leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Kyron Back and Kiriana Black.

Visitation will be held at Newton County Funeral Home-South (100 Old Hwy 15 Loop, Newton, MS) on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 10:00am till 11:00am with memorial services immediately following in the chapel.
