Tammy Kay Little, age 60, and a resident of Newton, passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 at her residence.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Newton County Funeral Home - South in 100 Old Highway 15 Loop, Newton.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at 11:00 am at Poplar Springs Cemetery. Dr. James Spencer will officiate.

Tammy was a graduate of Newton High School and was the branch administrator at Blossman Gas, Inc., where she had recently retired after 26 years of service. She was a Christian by faith and a member at Poplar Springs Baptist Church. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, and planting flowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Dorothy Chapman Gibbs; one sister, Jackie Rowzee.

Survivors include her husband, Chuck Little of Newton;  sons, John Curtis Little of Spring Hill, TN, Justin Little of Newton and Jeremy Little of Lake;  grandchildren, Louise Little, Haysen Little and Harleigh Little;  sister, Kitty Gibbs of Newton; several nieces and nephews and her fur baby, Hannah.

Pallbearers will be John Little, Jeremy Little, Joseph Little, David Little, Allen Little, and Jacob Little.

Honorary pallbearers will be Virgil Williams.

Newton County Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements.
