Stacey Lachelle McNeil, 46, of Decatur, Mississippi, passed away Monday, April 09, 2021, at her home. She was born Wednesday, March 5, 1975, in Alexandria, Louisiana.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lavan Smith; two brothers, Marcus Smith and David Smith; two sisters, Missy Finley and Glenda Johnson.

Survivors include her sons, Payton Mills and Eli McNeil; mother, Judith Smith; nieces, Kristen Smith, Skylar Smith, and Makenzie Smith; nephews, Dusty Hicks, Wesley Finley, Ethan Smith, and Brandon Johnson.
