Shirley Ann Emmons, age 75, passed away on May 27, 2020.

She is survived by husband of 54 years, William Emmons; sons David Emmons (Jenn), Barry Emmons (Tina), and Eric Emmons; sister Obera Vaught (Earnest); grandchildren, Will Emmons, Zach Emmons, Owen Lee Emmons, and Avery Jayne Emmons; and sisters-in-law: Cheryl Ann Calvert and Virginia Hathorn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Artis and Mavis Moore; brothers, James Moore and Charles Moore and sister, Linda Sue Johnson.

Graveside services for Shirley Ann Moore Emmons will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2020, at 10:00 AM at Newton Masonic Cemetery with Bro Randy Cuchens officiating.  Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements (601) 635-3200.

Pallbearers will be, Benny Nelson, Thomas Humpheys, George Harris, David Archie, Bryan Burt and Jim White.
