Sandra Faye Gressett Buckley, 71, of Hickory, MS died Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS. She was born Sunday, June 2, 1946 in Meridian, MS.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2017 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - South. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, September 13, 2017. Burial will follow in Sand Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Hickory, MS. Bro. Jerry Gressett will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements. (601)635-3200
She is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Gressett, mother, Jewel Speed Brown and sister, Lou Scruggs.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years Jody Buckley, daughter, Joan Walker (Tommy), son, Scott Buckley, daughter, Susie Morgan (Scott), son, Joseph Buckley (Katie), brothers, John Gressett, Rod Gressett, Jerry Gressett; sisters, Nita Pierce, Racheal Lott and Mary Oliver.
