Rupert Perry Adcock , 87, of Conehatta, MS died Friday, October 6, 2017 at Bedford Care Center in Newton, MS. He was born Thursday, June 12, 1930 in Neshoba County, MS.
Visitation will be held Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Conehatta Methodist Cemetery. Bro. William Savell will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements. (601)635-3200
He is preceded in death by his parents, Anderson and Nellie Adcock; brothers, Carnett Adcock , Carnell Adcock , Charles Adcock; sisters, Lounez Whinery and Fronie Mitchell.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian Irene Adcock, son, Ronald Adcock, grandchildren, Justin Adcock , Andie Adcock, Chloe Adcock; brothers, J.D. Adcock and Grady Adcock; sistes, Ruthie Jones, Margie Dunn, Mary Dyess and Barbara Jones.
Pallbearers will be Justin Adcock, Joedy Pennington, Jamie Parker, Dicky Blackburn.
In lieu flowers a donation can be made to Gideon Bibles International or Pleasant Valley Methodist Church.
