Survivors include Roger A. Davis (Darlene) (Son), Denise Farmer (Jim) (Daughter), Denita Smylie (Daughter), Pat J. Davis (Daughter-in-law), Grandsons: Aaron Matthew Davis, Allen Davis, Heath Smylie, Jamey Farmer (Kate), Justin Farmer, Granddaughter: Hannah Farmer, Great-grandsons: Lake Carmichael, Charlie Carmichael, Calhoun Farmer.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Matthew Davis, Heath Smylie, Jamey Farmer, Michael Loper, David Jefcoat, and Ben Kelly.

Honorary pallbearers will be Allen Davis and Justin Farmer.
