Robert L. "Bobby" Dearing, 90, of Newton, MS, passed away Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was born on May 26, 1930 in Neshoba County.

Preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Venie Dearing; older brother, Marzelle Dearing; younger sister, Martha Jean Kinsey; a granddaughter, Angela Renee' Dearing.

Survived by his loving devoted wife of 70 years, Mary Dearing; 3 children, Robert Dearing, Sr. (Martha), Roy Dearing (Anita), and Sherry Guttery; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; a brother, Joe Dearing (Dean); many nieces and nephews and their families.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Graveside Services will follow at 2:00 PM in the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Newton, MS. Bro. George Heath and Bro. David Rives will officiate.
