Patricia Louise Ivy Craig, 75, of Hickory, MS passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at her residence. She was born Monday, March 14, 1949, in Havre, Montana.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 10:00 AM at Hickory Cemetery in Hickory, Mississippi. Brother John Matt Musgrove will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - North is in charge of arrangements. 601-635-3200

Patricia was raised in a military family, traveling as a child. She moved to Hickory, Mississippi, where she graduated high school and began her career as a nurse. Patricia retired from Newton Regional Hospital to be a full time "MeMe". She loved her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren very much. She also enjoyed crafting as a hobby.

She was preceded in death by her parents James Ivy and Blanche Murray Ivy.

Survivors include her husband, James Craig; children, Christie Malbrough(Wayne), Brande Casson(Ken), Tonya Evans(Paul), Stephanie  Schellbach, and Patrick Craig(Heather); grandchildren, Andrew Malbrough, Barrett Casson, Tabitha Casson, Kayla Sessums, Dillion Nunley, Taylor Story, Zach Evans, Trace Evans, Brayden Schellbach, Kylee Schellbach, Anthony Craig, and Elliot Craig; and five great-grandchildren.

The family wants to personally thank Mandi Hollingsworth and Accent Care Hospice for their loving care of Patricia.

Pallbearers will be Andrew Malbrough, Wayne Malbrough, Kenneth Casson, Lane Sessums, Dillion Nunley, Patrick Craig, and Trace Evans.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Zach Evans, Herbert Harris and William Lucy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be give to a local animal shelter.
