Oree Elizabeth Carmichael Mulford, 21, of Decatur, Mississippi, passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. She was born Monday, June 26, 2000 in Meridian, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 12:00 until 2:00 at the First Methodist Protestant Church in Newton, MS. Funeral Services will immediately follow the visitation.  Burial will take place at Newton County Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Wayne Sellers and Rev. She was preceded in death by her husband, Christopher Mulford; grandmother, Carolyn Brown; grandfather, Rev. H.O. Carmichael; aunt, Michelle Brown; and uncle, Dwayne Carmichael.

Survivors include her parents, Henry and Robbie Ann Carmichael; sisters, Sarah Ann Vance (Hunter) and Audrey Garrison (Anthony); grandfather, Robby Brown and grandmother, Lessie Carmichael; nephews, Eli Carmichael and Hank Garrison; aunts, Lee Carmichael and Valeda Carmichael; uncle, Mike (Tammy) Brown; cousins,  Baleigh (Caleb) Riddle, Aaron Brown, Kate (Jamie) Farmer, and Bess (Ben) Kelly, and beloved dog, Pebbles.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Vance, Anthony Garrison, Steven Davis, Aaron Brown, Henry Carmichael, and Mike Brown.
