Nicholas (Nick) Lavell Kirby, 86, died Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at VA Nursing Home in Kosciusko, MS. He was born July 10, 1929 in Newton, MS.
Graveside Services will be held Masonic Cemetery in Newton, MS, Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 10:00 AM. with Newton County Funeral Home - South in charge of arrangements. Rev. Gary Howse will officiate.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John Kirby and Elizabeth Kirby, wife, Ruby H Kirby, brothers, Kermit Kirby, Joe Kirby, Leon Kirby, Oneal Kirby, Charles Kirby.
Surviving Family Members: daughter, Barbara Griffin (Jerry) of Lawrence, MS, sons, Nicky Kirby (Shirley) of Crystal Springs, Ron Risher (Melissa) of Yellville, AR.
Pallbearers will be Nicholas Kirby, Jay Griffin, Stanley West, Gary Jones, Thomas Horn, Hans Horn.
Honorary: Tommy Grant, Curtis Horn and Ray Collins.
