Michael Stuart Ledlow, 59 of Newton, MS passed away Monday, May 8,
2023.  He was born Thursday, December 12, 1963 in Newton, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 from 5:00 PM to
7:00 PM at First Baptist Church of Newton.  Funeral Services will be
held on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of
Newton.  Burial will follow in the Decatur City Cemetery in Decatur, MS.  Dr. Frank Harmon, Dr. Brian Rushing, and Dr. Timothy Gatewood
will officiate.  Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of the

He was preceded in death by his father, Willie Mason Ledlow; brother,
Doyle Mason Ledlow; grandfather, Floyd Ledlow; grandmother, Virginia
Ledlow; nephews, Dr. Benjamin Gatewood, and Jonathan Gatewood.

Survivors include his mother, Ruby Matthews Ledlow of Newton, MS;
brother, Craig Ledlow of Newton, MS; sister, Linda Gatewood (Joey) of
Lake, MS; nephew, Dr. Timothy Gatewood (Beth); nieces, Bethany Sigrest
(Jonathan), Kathryn Ledlow and Carrie Ledlow.

Pallbearers will be Mike Strebeck, Charles Godwin, Lewis Coker, Micah
Harmon, Bryan Burt, and Joe Pugh.

Honorary pallbearers will be his Sunday School Class, the Timothy Class.
