Martha A. Lindley Pearson, 80, of Hickory, MS died Friday, July 28, 2017 at her home. She was born Wednesday, September 30, 1936 in Newton County, MS.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 31, 2017 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - North, with funeral services immediately following. Burial will follow in Newton County Memorial Garden. Bro. Eric Embrey will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - North is in charge of arrangements. (601) 635-3200.
She is preceded in death by her husband, William Jerald Pearson; parents, William Samuel and Katherine Vaughn Lindley; sons, Jerry Wayne Pearson and William Russell Pearson.
Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Pearson and Gail Pierce; brothers, Austin Lindley and Wayne Lindley; and 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be: Dusty Pearson, Lee Pearson, Tim Lindley, Gary Joiner, Neil Cochran and Jonathan West.
