Margaret Dale Stampley, 66, of Hickory, Mississippi, passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. She was born Friday, January 29, 1954, in Dothan, Alabama.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 4, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at 11:00 AM at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Burial will follow in Ferguson Cemetery in Hickory. Bro. Ben Harper will officiate. Dale served Newton County for many years as Coroner and a Paramedic. She was a loving wife and mother. She was very devoted to her church and church family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. B. and Janie Williams and her brother, Donald Gene Williams.

Survivors include her husband, Richard Stampley; children, James Robert Stampley and Kara Leanne Allen and her husband Todd; sister, June Gordon; her beloved pets, Rocky and Lola.

Pallbearers will be Steven Davis, Joey Hand, Henry Carmichael, Rickey Maske, Freddie Gentry, and Bill Russell.
