Funeral services for Louise Vance Walton will be 11 A.M. , on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Decatur United Methodist Church with Bro. Bruce Taylor and Bro. Hank Winstead officiating. Burial will be in Newton County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. - 8:30 P.M. on Monday, May 12, 2014 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Walton, 87, of Decatur, died Wednesday, 7, 2014 at Mease Countryside Hospital in Safety Harbor, FL.

She was an avid Ole Miss fan. She was a selfless visitor and giver. She was strong in her faith and a personal testimony to the fact "having faith the size of a mustard seed could move mountains." She was such a powerful spiritual influence on the people around her, not just by what she taught us, but by how she lived her life.

Survivors include one daughter: Lou Ann Walton Potito, and husband Thom of Clearwater, FL; one granddaughter: Hillary Brookes Supple and husband Dane of Lakeland, FL.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Aaron Walton and parents: Ollie and Dee Moseley Vance.

Pallbearers will be Bill Johnston, Kirk Johnston, Graham Clarke, Kenneth Chaney, Randall Pugh, and Donald Vance.
