Lottie Frank Patterson, 91, of Decatur, Mississippi, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 7, 2019, at her home in Decatur, Mississippi. She was born Thursday, February 9, 1928 in Decatur, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Newton County Funeral Home- North. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery on Highway 15. Bro. Brent Parks will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home-North is in charge of arrangements. (601) 635-3200

She was preceded in death by husbands, Malcolm "Puddin" Jones and William Patterson; parents, William and Bessie Mae McElhenney; siblings, Daisy Ezell, Lorene Shealy, Ethel Walton, Dorothy Walton, Buddy Massey, and Tommie Massey.

Survivors include daughter, Merita Cherry (Danny); step-son, Stan Patterson (Penny); granddaughter, Kay Chambers (Tim); grandson, Malcolm "Mac" Chambers; step-grandsons, TJ Patterson and Christian Patterson.

Pallbearers will be Danny Cherry, Tim Chambers, Mac Chambers, Stan Patterson, Delbert Walton, and Charlie Walton.
