Leroy C Dickson, 72 of Newton, MS, died Monday, August 4, 2014 at Specialty Care in Meridian, MS.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Newton County Funeral Home - South at 100 Old Hwy 15 Loop in Newton, MS with Bro. Steve  Robinson officiating.  Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Survivors Include: Wife: Beth Gibbs Dickson, Newton, MS Sons: Johnny Lee Dickson, Leroy Calvin Dickson, Jr., Mobile, AL Daughters: Sherri Dickson Gordon, Spanish Fort, AL Amanda Nicole Dickson, Newton, MS Sisters: Dorothy Murphy, Mobile, Al Peggy Turner, Mobile, Al Mary Kountz Smith, Mobile, Al Brothers: "Buster" Dickson, Laurel, MS Jerry Dickson, Mobile, Al Tommy Dickson, Mobile, AL Grandchildren: Laine Dickson, Sarah Dickson Frith, Justin Dickson, Rileigh Scott, Annaleigh Stokes, and Brayden Stokes. Great-grandchildren: Brianne Curry, Ariel Brown, and Landon Brown.
