Services for Kenny Lewis Robinson will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton, MS . Burial will follow at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Lawrence, MS with Bro. Tommy Tanner and Bro. Andrew Kappenman officiating.

Mr. Robinson, 36, died Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at UMMC in Jackson. He was born Saturday, June 17, 1978 in San Antonio, TX.

Mr. Robinson grew up in Jackson, MS and graduated from Byram High School. During his senior year he along with his friends were the first group of junior volunteer firefighters within the Byram Fire Department. He later furthered his education at Hinds Community College in the Respiratory Therapy Program. He was employed at UMMC as a Respiratory Therapist for fifteen years and he also worked part-time at Pioneer Hospital in Newton. He was a faithful Christian and very active member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and also led a Bible Study at UMMC during his Sunday evening shifts.
Kenny will be remembered for his love for the outdoors. He enjoyed riding his Harley, jet skiing, and camping. Kenny also loved music and singing in church. He will truly be missed by all that knew him.

He is preceded in death by: Paternal Grandparents: Selby L. and Annie Lou Robinson, Maternal Grandparents: Leon and Lozell Garrison, and a sister Lisa Robinson.

He is survived by: Parents: Warren and Ann Robinson, Sister - Pamela (Robert) Maxwell, Brother - Douglas (Jeannie) Robinson, Fiancé- Laura (Bailey and Mason) Murphey and three nieces Abbie (Cory) Johnson, Amber (Matt) Cooley, and Nikki Robinson.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Robinson, Clint Robinson, Rocky Kirby, Kyle Conway, David Errington, Jason Smith, Jason Copeland, and Robert Maxwell.
