Judy Ann Stamper Foreman, 55, of Decatur, Mississippi, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Laird's Hospital in Union, Mississippi. She was born Tuesday, October 29, 1963 in Meridian, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the Newton County Funeral Home-North, with funeral services immediately following the visitation.  Burial will follow in New Hope Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Decatur, MS. Judy loved to sew, tend to her garden and flowers, and enjoyed fishing with her family.  Judy was a great cook and also loved to can and put up her vegetables.  She loved her church and was adored by her grandchildren, in which they called her Gran-gran and Nan-nan.  She will truly be missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rodney Stamper and Sarah Slattery.

Survivors include her husband, Corey Foreman; children:  Dewayne Richardson (Jade), Steven Foreman (Jessica), Jessica Foreman, and Debbie Pearson; grandchildren:   Shi'Anne Foreman, Delaney Richardson, C'erra Foreman, Levi Richardson, Dakota Foreman, Canyon Foreman, Maddox Foreman, Lakelyn Foreman, Katie McElhenney, RJ Foreman, Emma Weeks, Wesley Weeks; and her brother George Eddie Slattery.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Richardson, Steven Foreman, Derrick Jones, Dewayne Stevens, Chip Foreman, Johnny Hillhouse, George Eddie Slattery, and Mack Weldon.
