Joyce Eleanor Cochran, 79, of Newton, Mississippi, passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at her home.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home- North with funeral services immediately following. Bro. Dan Henry will officiate. Mrs. Joyce loved her family and loved the Lord.  Her desire was for her family to have a personal relationship with Him.  She will truly be missed by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mason and Zena Mae Baucum; husbands, Henry Brown and Ray Cochran; children: Patricia Reeves, Danny Brown and Bobby Brown; and grandchildren:  Jason Paul Gibbs and Bryan Keith Cook.

Survivors include her children:  Debbie Terrell, Linda Gibbs, Charles Brown and Nancy Brown; and grandchildren: Adam Terrell, Jennifer Palmer, Summer Deanne Gibbs, Brandon Kent Estes, Cameron Nicole Estes, Henry Tyler Brown, and Angela Cook Shelby; 30 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
