Johnny "Red" Clark Wilson,69, died September 30, 2022 at Rush Hospital in Meridian, Ms .

Johnny Red was born on May 19, 1953, in Meridian, MS.

He graduated from Hickory High School in 1972, where he also played football.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, anything outdoors. And being around family and friends.

He is survived by two brothers, Tom (Elizabeth) Pearson of Chunky, MS
James Snelgrove of Meridian,MS
Two nephews Zane Snelgrove of Gulfport,MS
Tommy (Amanda) Pearson of Titusville, Fl.
One niece Sarah Pearson of Hickory,
And 3 great Nephews, Riley and Noah Pearson and Maddox Dupont
And special friends who are like family, The Alsup and Peavey family of Meehan, MS.

He was proceeded in death by his mother Dorothy V Carpenter.

A special Memorial will be held on October 29th @ 11am at the Alsups Deer Camp on Stucky Bridge Rd in Enterprise.

"When I enter through the pearly gates and come into your glory land, instead of the mansion you promised, how about just an old deer stand."
