Johnny Wade Wall, 44, of Newton, MS died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS. He was born Sunday, June 4, 1972 in Newton, MS.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 30, 2016 at 9:00 AM at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton, MS. Burial will follow in Garlandville United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. Harold Laird will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements. (601) 635-3200
Mr. Wall held a Master's Degree in Sports Administration. He was a member of the Alpha Pau Omega Fraternity Club. He loved football and baseball, especially SEC Football. Wade was employed by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays baseball organization for several years, before returning home to help with the family farm.
He is preceded in death by his Parents - Johnny George and Martha Jane Wall.
Survivors include his Sister - Gina Mayes (Curtis), and Nephews - Kurt and Kyle Mayes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital.
