Jerry Wade Parker, 62, of Newton, Mississippi, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Anderson's Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. He was born Saturday, April 27, 1957 in Newton, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-South in Newton, Mississippi. Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 2:30 PM at Pine Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.  Bro. Chris Moore will officiate. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Iva Lee Parker and brothers, Miller Parker and Keith Parker.

Survivors include wife, Deborah Parker; daughters: Jill Hines (Shaun) and Julie Vance (Jesse); siblings: Annette Hudgens, Freida Harvey (Jimmy), and Mitchell Parker; and grandsons, Daniel Hines, Logan Hines, Darvol Hart, III, and Rye Hart.

Pallbearers will be Don Wilhelm, Raymond Boutwell, Wendell Boutwell, Austin Usry, David Everett, and Jeremy Williams.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Brooks, Murray McElhenney, Daniel Hines, Logan Hines, Darvol Hart III, Rye Hart, and Robert Gibbs.
