James L. Swanner, 92 of Little Rock, MS, died Wednesday,January 28, 2015 at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS .

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton, MS with Bro. John Cash and Bro. Mark McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery.

Survivors Include: Two daughters: Betty Belvin (Ronnie) Brandon, MS, Kathy Story (Martin), Shepard, TX; Two sons: Lamar Swanner (Teresa), Little Rock, MS, Jimmy Swanner (Lesia), Chunky, MS, Nephew: Sonny Tisdale, Ten grandchildren, Numerous Great-grandchildren, and One Great-Great-Grandson.

Pallbearers: Paden Wilson, Ed Holmes, Zane Chattin, Clint Huey, Jonathan White, and Bennie Chaney.
