Ida Mae Pate Lancaster, 93, of Newton, MS died Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Anderson's Regency Hospital Of Meridian in Meridian, MS. She was born Monday, June 30, 1924 in York, AL.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery. Bro. William Boulton will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home - South is in charge of arrangements. (601)635-3200
She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry L. Lancaster; parents, Charles and Margarette Pate.
Survivors include his sons, Charles Lancaster of Katy, TX and Richard Lancaster of Newton, MS; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
