Hubert Wendell Williams, 90, of Decatur, Mississippi, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020, at Anderson's Regency Hospital in Meridian, Mississippi. He was born Friday, August 29, 1930 in Decatur, Mississippi.

Graveside Services will be held Sunday, November 1, 2020, at 2:00 PM at Decatur City Cemetery. Bro. Ed Dickerson will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 635-3200

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Williams; parents, Thomas Zachariah and Nancy Williams; siblings, Bill Williams, Aubrey Williams, and Mildred Williams.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Williams; children, Teresa Williams, Debra Claire Griffith (Ron), Tamera Louise William, Carolyn Miley (Bragston), Patricia Stevison, Gwen Lewis, Dennis Burt; 9 Grandchildren, 9 Great-grandchildren, and 3 Great-great-grandchildren.
