Helen Bankston Heidelberg, 88, of Newton, MS died Friday, October 7, 2016 at her home in Lawrence, MS. She was born Friday, October 21, 1927 in Rose Hill, MS.
A memorial service will be held by the family on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness. Newton County Funeral Home - North is in charge of arrangements. (601) 635-3200
She is preceded in death by her: parents, Verbe R. Bankston and Willie Mae Bankston; brother, Clyde Bankston; sister, Naomi Walley; brother, Cody Lee Bankston; brother, Bim Bankston and sister, Millie Boleware.
Survivors include her loving husband of 69 years of marriage, Charles Heidelberg; son, Arliss Heidelberg (Rose); son, Eddie D. Heidelberg (Ann); son, Roger K. Heidelberg; daughter, Inez Holmes; son, Gary L. Heidelberg (Nancy); son, Rassie H. Heidelberg (Cindy); and a host of grand children to four generations.
