Green Boutwell, 77, of Newton, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021.  He was born Saturday, October 23, 1943 in Newton, Mississippi.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Newton, MS.  Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements (601) 635-3200.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Boutwell; parents, Eugene and Cleo Boutwell; and brothers, Amon Reeves and Joseph Boutwell.

Survivors include son, Chris Boutwell; daughter, Regina Brandon; brothers, Ray Boutwell and Eugene Boutwell, Jr.; and sister, Sheryl Ann Palmer.
