Edna Earl Turner Beeland, age 85, passed away on March 17, 2018.

She was born September 12, 1932 in Sebastopol, MS to her parents Warren and Irma Turner.

Edna was a devoted Christian and a member of First Baptist Church of Newton. While she was able, she loved being in the senior adult choir. She loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and all that knew her.

She is survived by daughters, Jackie Jenkins (Craig) and Barbara Shealy (Rodis); son, Charles "Sonny" Beeland, Jr. (Renee); granddaughters, Amy Evins (Buzz) and Heather Campbell (Scott); great-granddaughters, Caroline Sharpe, Jewell Evins, Maggie Campbell, Morgan Campbell and great-grandson, Eli Campbell and sister, Jean Hedrick.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Beeland, Sr. of over 48 years; parents, Warren and Irma Turner.

Visitation will be held Monday, 19th of March, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home- North. Funeral Services to follow at 3:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home- North with Dr. Brian Rushing officiating. Burial will follow at Newton County Memorial Gardens in Newton, Mississippi
