Earlene Everett, 89, of Newton, Mississippi, died Friday, December 6, 2019, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. She was born Sunday, May 25, 1930.

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 2:30 PM until 3:30 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Funeral Services will follow at 3:30 PM in the chapel. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Thomas Laird will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 683-2152

She was preceded in death by husband, Billy Everett; parents, John and Eunice Little; siblings, Claude Earl Little, Cecil Little, Carlton Little, Curtis Little, and Pete Little.

Survivors include sons, Dennis Everett (Via), Grady Everett (Daphne), Billy Joe Everett (Sandra), and David Everett (Pattie); 8 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ross Little, Lorene Kemp (John), Joann Jordan (Wayman), Rose Little, and Dan Little.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Everett, Marcus Mowdy, Allen Little, Tom Cates, Nicholas Cates, and Bryant Shelby Everett.
