Doris Dianne Duncan Thomas, 64, of Decatur, MS died Thursday, September 28, 2017 at Rush Hospital in Meridian, MS. She was born Saturday, November 29, 1952 in Forest, MS.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - North in Newton. Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 1, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Beatline Baptist Church Cemetery in Conehatta, MS. Bro. Ms. Dianne enjoyed crafting, sewing and collecting trinkets. She loved going to yard sales. She loved her family and will truly be missed by all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her Husband - William Horace Thomas; Daughter - Johnnie Lynn Thomas; Mother - Katie Ruth Lee; Father - Bennie Orman Duncan; and Brother - Bennie Lee Duncan.

Survivors include her Daughters - Margie Hammond and Cindy Darlene Perkins (Wayne); Sister - Sandra Shaw (Elvis); Grandchildren: Brittany Nicole Perkins, Nathan Dewayne Perkins, and William Michael Hammond.

Pallbearers will be William Hammond, Nathan Perkins, Elvis Shaw, Cody Shaw, Wayne Perkins, and Timmy Perkins.
