Dianne Brewer, 58, of Newton, MS passed away Friday, December 24, 2021, at her home. She was born Thursday, July 11, 1963, in Brandon, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2021, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Graveside Services will follow at 1:30 PM at Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Kent Mayes will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home-South is in charge of arrangements. 601-635-3200

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Mildred Whitehead; grandchild, Lacey Grant; brother, Allen Whitehead; sisters, Patricia Harvey and Faye Porter.

Survivors include her grandson, Anthony Grant, Jr.; sisters, Laurine McMullan and Alice Hancock; nieces, Lisa Merrell (Raymond) of Newton, MS, Tonya Logan (Corey), Catina Crabb (David), Pennie Harvey and Brittney Harvey; and a host of other nieces and nephews, as well as her furbabies, Chico and Sissy.
