Clara Elizabeth "Liz" Manasco, 86, of Newton, Mississippi, passed away, Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. She was born Saturday, May 6, 1933.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 12:00 PM. Burial will be in Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Bro. Liz enjoyed her grandchildren, working in her yard, and shopping with her friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Wayne Manasco; her parents, Samuel and Bessie Boulton; her sister, Lottie Mae Boulton Crenshaw.

Survivors include children, Betty Brown (Edwin Sandifer) and Freddy Harris (Charlene); grandchildren, Joseph Kelly (Dore), Justin Harris (Sarah), and Trace Smith; great-grandchildren, Cellina Kelly, Addyson Kelly, Natalie Harris, Arbon Harris, Graham Smith, and Lydia Smith; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Pallbearers will be David Morris, Joe Morris, Billy Walker, Jimmy Walker, Sammy Aycock, Todd Reece, Ryan Morrison, and Sam Sandifer.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Mt. Vernon Cemetery Fund.
