Charles Clayton Williams, 80, of Hickory, MS died Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS. He was born Friday, October 16, 1936 in Decatur, MS.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Newton County Funeral Home - South in Newton, MS. Burial will follow in Sand Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Hickory, MS. Bro. He is preceded in death by his Parents, Jethro and Odessa Williams and Son-in-law - Mickey Yates.

Survivors include his Wife of 57 years Talitha Williams; Daughters - Judy Estes, Barbara Easom, Karla Yates; Brother - Robert Williams (Linda), Granddaughter Julie Thompson, Grandsons: Clay Bolton, Kyle Breland, Josh Thompson, Tyler Green, and Brandon Yates; and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Clay Bolton, Kyle Breland, Josh Thompson, Tyler Green, Brandon Yates, David Gibbs, Tony Williamson and Mike Gibbs.
