Charles Cook Foley, 67, of Newton, Mississippi, died Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at his home in Newton, Mississippi. He was born Tuesday, February 19, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan.

Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Mississippi Veteran's Cemetery, Newton, MS. Rev. Wayne Hemmingway will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home-South is in charge of arrangements. (601) 683-2152

He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnnie and Mary Janell Foley; his nephew, Louis Preston Foley, Jr.

Survivors include his daughter, India Marie Foley; brothers, Louis Preston Foley, Sr. (Stephanie), Johnnie Wayne Foley (Frances), Ronald Gene Foley (Terry), and a host of nieces and nephews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Brad Foley, Scot Foley, Ron Foley, Jr., and Wallace Griffith.
