Carson "Randy" Stamper, 62, of Newton, Mississippi, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at Anderson's Regency Meridian. He was born Friday, May 24, 1957.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carson and Emogene Stamper.
Survivors include life-long friend, Christine Rash; God-daughter, Bernette Norman (Damion); Aunt, June Stamper Nelson and Uncle, William Purvis Stamper.
Newton County Funeral Home-South is in charge of arrangements.
