Bobby Barto Munn, 88, of Hickory, Mississippi, walked into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, October 3, 2021. He was born December 26, 1932.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 PM in the chapel. Burial will be in Hickory City Cemetery. Dr. Randy Rich will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 683-2152

Bobby was a strong, faithful, and loving man who will be greatly missed by family and friends until we see him again.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Barto and Eunice Munn and his brother, Billy Munn.

Survivors include the love of his life, his wife of 66 years, Janice Munn; daughters, Elaine Holloway (Mike) and Patty Bauer (Carl); grandchildren, Jay Mills, Jennie White, Becky Everett (Tommy Ray), and Matthew Lewis; great-grandchildren, Cameron Holt, Aspen White, Reece White, and Jacob Everett.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Lewis, Cameron Holt, Reece White, Jacob Everett, Tommy L. Wilson, and Tommy Coghlan.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Troy Brand and Bobby Butler.
