Barbara Lynn Marshall, 69, of Union, Mississippi, gained her wings on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at Anderson's Regional Medical Center in Meridian, Mississippi. She was born Tuesday, August 15, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan.

Barbara was a kind, gentle spirit who would give you anything she had if she thought it would help you. She loved Hallmark movies and her cat, whom she named, Baby Girl. She loved her friends and family and she enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a wonderful sister and a loving friend. Barbara will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Helen Marshall; her brother, James Earl Marshall and her sister, Patricia Ann Marshall.

Survivors include her sister, Carolyn Long and her adopted family, Scotty and Lynn Townsend and family.
