Austin Parker 26 years of age from Newton, MS sadly left us on January 22, 2023. Austin's smile lit up a room, and he will dearly be missed by so many.  Austin enjoyed writing songs and poems, spending time with family, friends, and fishing.

Austin is survived by his mother Denise Parker her significant other Joseph Birzer; his two sisters Anna Kathryn and Ryley; his meme Yvonne Brackeen; Uncle Bubba Parker, Aunt Lacy Parker and their two son's Will and Hagan.  Austin had many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Austin's cousin's Hayley, Hillary, and Hunter had such a bond with him.  It was more like they were brothers and sisters.  Austin was also blessed with so many amazing friends that truly loved him.

A memorial service to remember Austin's beautiful life will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Newton County Funeral Home- South (100 Old Hwy 15 Loop, Newton, MS 39345) with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of service.  Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery in Lawrence, MS.  Bro. Luke Way will officiate.  Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements (601) 635-3200.

Pallbearers are Nathan Barry, Hunter Parker, Michael Goss, Cole Goss, Justin Reeves and Arin Brackeen.

Honorary Pallbearers are Shane Shelby, Mitchell McElhenney and Gray Harrison.
