April Renee Wilson, 35, of Orlando, FL died Saturday, September 9, 2017 at Health Central in Ocoee, FL. She was born Wednesday, April 14, 1982 in Meridian, MS.

Visitation will be held Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Funeral services will be held Friday September 15, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Burial will follow in the Masonic Cemetery in Newton. Bro. Stacey Sykes will officiate. April attended and graduated from Newton County Academy. While in school she was a cheerleader and enjoyed gymnastics. After high school she attended both East Central Community College and Mississippi State University. April was also an avid Alabama football fan.

Survivors include her father, David Allen Wilson; mother, Deborah Wiant Wilson; brothers, Allen Wiant Wilson (Amanda) and Brett Michael Wilson; nieces, Madelyn Grace Wilson and Kathryn Elizabeth Wilson.

Pallbearers will be Robert Scott Wilson, William Lee Wilson, Jason Neese, Will McCormick, Joseph Miller and David Miller.
