Alma Etoile Rice's Obituary
Alma Etoile Rice, 78, of Newton, passed away, Monday, May 20, 2019, at her home. She was born Wednesday, December 4, 1940.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Newton County Funeral Home-South. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 24, 2019 at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Newton County Funeral Home-South. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in House, MS. Bro . Lin Chesney and Dr. Brian Rushing will officiate. Newton County Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. (601) 683-2152
She was preceded in death by her parents GD Rice and Fannie Rice May; brother, Gary Donald Rice; sister, Linda Sue Rice.
Survivors include cousins: Don Collins (Mary), Jay Collins (Marcie), Brenda Faye Walker, Parker Collins, JC Collins, Piper Collins, Colt Collins (Lisa), Donny Collins, Chrissy Germany (Blake), Tre Collins (Maddie), Chance, Marianna, Bella, Sophie Collins, and Ronnie Collins (Sandra); sister-in-law, Ruby Jean Vallas.
Pallbearers will be Jay Collins, Colt Collins, Tony Collins, Tim Collins, Parker Collins, Chance Collins, Larry Chesney, and Don Collins.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Richie Walker and JC Collins.
