Adam Hunter Ott, 21 of Newton, MS passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at Laird Hospital in Union, MS. He was born Tuesday, August 21, 2001 in Flowood, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 27, 2022 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home North (9998 Hwy 15 North, Newton, MS).  Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 28, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Newton County Funeral Home-North.   Burial will follow in the Masonic Cemetery in Newton, Mississippi.  Bro. Hunter was loved by many.  He loved his crazy socks, snack cakes, Sour Patch Kids, Yahoos, Gatorade, and sleep.  You could always find him listening to Koe Wetzel and Lil Baby.  He was the most selfless person and he never failed to show the love he had.  He would always leave you with a smile on your face.  He was a family man and talked all the time with excitement of how he wanted to build a family of his own.  He will truly be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Survivors include his father, Shawn Ott; mother, Brenda McBroom Doss; brothers, Landon Ott, Gabriel Ott and Killian Ott; sister, Victoria Ott; step-parents: Holly, Jo, and Jason; bonus parents: Brad and Brandi McDill, Brian Taylor and Shannon Taylor; step-brother, Jacob Hony; grandfathers, Bob Ott and David McBroom; grandmothers, Donna Ott, Norma Moore and Kay McBroom; girlfriend, Baili Taylor; and numerous cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Braxton McDill, Riley Arinder, Nate Rainer, Logan Loper, Riley Kerr Cain, Cole Jones, Jason Culpepper, and Ethan Kilgore.
